Paul Wright
With a broking career spanning over 20 years, Paul is one of the most successful brokers in Australia.
A top 100 broker in Australia for three consecutive years, he has achieved what many brokers haven’t: reaching over $1 billion dollars in paid settlements.
Originally a banker with CBA, he made the switch to mortgage broking, and has assisted over 5,000 families with their mortgages.
Having achieved his own success, he is now committed to coaching other mortgage brokers with the right systems and processes that saw him turn over $150 million annually – far more than the national average of $13.4 million.
Julie Wright
Julie started out as a broker over 20 years ago and as her and Paul’s business grew she took on the operational and HR role. She was the backbone of the business.
With a love of processes, it was no surprise that Julie established efficient systems and implemented change. This led to business consistency and excellent client experience.
She also looked after all aspects of staff from recruitment, onboarding, staff training and reward and recognition.
Previously, Julie worked for CBA for 20 years and worked her way up to Management Executive Personal Lending, responsible for all lending staff in branches and mobile lenders in the Sutherland Shire and Illawarra area.
